Vrem sa facem o prezentare de 20 de minute in care sa povestim experienta integrarii produsului nostru principal (o solutie de chat pentru comunitati) cu WordPress.

Iata cateva puncte pe care le vom acoperi:

1. Decizia de a integra cu WordPress
2. Cercetare si stabilirea strategiei (varinata Standard si PRO)
   2.1 GPL si ce presupune cand vrei sa vinzi pe WP
3. Inscrierea in WP Plugin Directory a variantei Standard
4. Evolutia vanzarilor comparativ cu perioada de inaintea inscrierii in WP Plugin Dir
5. Probleme cu care ne-am confruntat
6. Comparatii cu alte CMS-uri cu care am integrat (Joomla! si chiar Drupal)
7. Alte companii care fac $$$ din pluginuri de WP

Se va prezenta proiectul NNP: o instalatie WordPress multi-network, folosita pentru site-uri de stiri din Austria (4 sites – vol.at fiind plasat pe locul 3 in Austia in categoria portalelor de stiri), Ungaria (5 sites – de exemplu, haon.hu) si Romania (9 sites -bihon.ro, tion.ro).

We’ll be discussing the technical details behind this approach, applicability of MVVM, accessibility and solutions to the inherent SEO shortcomings of SPAs. Based on this I’ll present a possible implementation and draw conclusions about the feasibility of such a solution.

As global communication over the internet transforms the way we work and play, we need to adapt how we work together in this internet age. Paul will explain how BuddyPress, a social network plugin for WordPress, grew up over the internet, and how the core contributors to the project work together succesfully.
