WordCamp Nepal 2025 marks a pivotal moment for the WordPress community in Nepal as the event returns to the capital city, Kathmandu, after a decade. From 2012 to 2015, WordCamp Nepal established a strong foundation in Kathmandu before adopting a decentralized approach. This shift led to the creation of localized WordCamps in cities such as Pokhara, Bharatpur, Biratnagar, and Butwal, fostering the expansion and diversification of WordPress communities nationwide.
Revived in 2022 in Bharatpur and hosted in Pokhara in 2024, WordCamp Nepal has continued to gain momentum. In 2025, the event returns to Kathmandu to honor its origins while charting a course for the future. As the flagship WordPress event of the year in Nepal, WordCamp Nepal 2025 will provide a dynamic platform for enthusiasts, professionals, and contributors to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the spirit of open-source innovation.
