If you missed it, I felt pretty rough the last few days leading up to PressConf. In an effort to get right before traveling, I didn't do any work on The WP World and just rested. Thankfully, I managed to get healthy enough to get on a couple of planes and make it to Tempe, Arizona โ location of PressConf!
This week promises to be filled with conversations about the future of WordPress, continuing ongoing relationships, and discussing new business opportunities. I can't wait to see what's in store for this inaugural (but also not technically inaugural) business of WordPress event!
If you find yourself around the Tempe Mission Palms this week, {name}, make sure you come say "hi", let's chat collaboration, and ask me for a sticker! |

๐ Get Hired: The new Get Hired page in the site features openings from Post Status, jobs.WordPress.net, and WP Remote Work โ in addition to showcasing contributors who are looking for sponsorship.
๐บ๏ธ Map avatars: If you check out the maps on the home page and Presser Listing page, you'll notice that the โ pins are out and avatars are in. This community is a collection of real people, not pins on a map, so I wanted it to reflect that better.
๐๏ธ EVEN MORE NEW shop items: With upward of 50 products in the store โ including exclusive items from HeroPress and Post Status โ the store is becoming a great source of WP and web swag! |
