How’s it going, {name}? The past few months have been a bit rocky for our industry, and that kind of instability can be tough. On top of that, winter (for those of us in the northern hemisphere) has a way of amplifying feelings of isolation and burnout.
And no, this isn’t leading up to an ad for BetterHelp—though if you need professional support, it’s worth looking into. I just want to remind you that if you ever need to vent, brainstorm, or just talk things through, I’m here. We don’t check in on each other as often as we should, and sometimes a simple conversation can help.

New Features and Updates
🌏 From Google to Mapbox. Last week, I started the transition from Google to Mapbox for displaying maps in The WP World. I did this for a number of reasons (𝕏 thread), but mostly to help curb some upcoming privacy and accessibility concerns. The Presser map and main Events map are updated, but there's still about 40% more maps to go.
