Have you had a chance to listen to the Seriously, BUD? podcast, {name}? When host Bud Kraus explained the premise of the show to me and asked me to be the very first guest, I was admittedly jealous. It sounded like the perfect idea for a podcast for The WP World! |

If you don't know what it's about, Bud interviews guests (36 to date!) in the WordPress space, but not about their WordPress careers. Anything from how their parents met to hidden talents to what kind of students they were in elementary school. Of course, there's the odd mention of what they do with WordPress, but the focus is on the human stories behind the "Presser".
What does that have to do with The WP World? Well, Bud and I have partnered up and you'll find a new Podcast link in the navigation! The WP World is all about connecting the community and this podcast is one more way we can make that happen together.

🪜 Employer options on profiles: As promised, you can now choose to override or hide your employer name if you previously had one listed on .org. If not, you can add it here now if you want!
🐛 Bug squash: Letting the site sit for a couple of months revealed some long-standing bugs that needed to be cleaned up. I'll be having a chat with AI about not checking if a variable is an array before looking up a value...
🥳 WordPress 6.7 is out: The latest version of WordPress has been released and with it, as always, a list of the folks that did the work to make it a reality. Check out the TWPW release page for 6.7.
