I’ll be honest, The WP World has been a little quieter than usual the last couple of weeks.
I’ve been busy launching three new projects in about two weeks, which has been exciting, slightly chaotic, and maybe not the most reasonable life choice (see: WellPlayedWP, RideReply, and FlipQuiz). Because of that, there have not been a ton of new updates on The WP World recently.
But the site is stable, the wheels are still turning, and the WordPress world certainly has not slowed down.
WordCamp Asia just wrapped up in Mumbai after running April 9–11, and Checkout Summit recently brought WooCommerce folks together in Palermo on April 23–24. Events are still happening. People are still traveling, speaking, sponsoring, organizing, connecting, and sharing what they learned.
So here’s my usual reminder: if you recently attended an event, please take a minute to rate it on The WP World. And if you wrote a recap, shared a post, published photos, or collected thoughts somewhere, send that in too. Those ratings and write-ups help make each event page more useful for the next person deciding whether to attend, sponsor, speak, or get involved.
And while I’m asking for things, I’d love to hear from you directly: how could The WP World be a better resource for you specifically? Not in some vague “the community” way, but for you. What would make it more useful, more interesting, or more worth coming back to?
